1. Line a muffin tin with baking cups. I like to use foil ones so it doesn't stick. Then, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Now we'll make the meatloaf.
2. Combine ground beef (1 pound), a half cup oats, a quarter cup milk, a half teaspoon salt, a quarter teaspoon pepper, and a half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce into a bowl. Crack egg and add to the bowl, then mix with your hands. Make sure that you wash your hands thoroughly before and after.
3. Shape meatloaf into muffin tin. Check that the tops are flat. Put into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Now to prepare the instant mashed potato "frosting". Prepare potatoes according to directions on the package.
4. Take meat loaf out of the oven. Let the potatoes cool. Scoop mashed potatoes into a piping bag. (if you don't have one you can use a Ziplock bag.)
5. Pipe onto "cupcakes" in a swirl. Garnish with a dollop of butter. Enjoy!
